Mr.Baqridan (Chairman)
About the Chairman:
Having served with the Central government for 36 years, Mr. Baqridan an IlTan has an impeccable sense of commitment, duty and responsibility. He completed his B. Tech fromthe prestigious IIT/Roorkee and M.Tech from IIT/Delhi.He first joined MES (Military Engineering Services) at Vishakhapatnam as Assistant Garrison Engineer. It was that place where he equipped himself with life-tools of discipline, determination and commitment underextreme unfavorable situations. Thereafter, he joined Indian Railways and performed his duty exceptionally in various official capacities including Chairman RRB (Railway Recruitment Board)/Gorakhpur. Serving as Chairman /RRB he came to know deeply about the problems faced by young aspirants, especially from the rural area of Eastern U.P. and the adjoining area of Bihar, when appearing for competitive examinations and interviews. He retired from Railway service in 2016.
His humble beginnings, difficulties that he faced in his early years to gain qualitative education,invaluable experience and expertise and the determination to make a mark!n society motivated him to dedicate the second-innings of his life to provide a platform for impaTtin¬quality education to those who are less fortunate and to help the youth of today to better path for their future. His mantra in life is deeply influenced by Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam.He lives by Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam's quote-
"You are the captain of your problems and never let the problems become th captain; defeat the problem and succeed. Once you tell yourself 'I can solve this and I will do it well', there is nothing that can stop you from doing so."
