Detail About How To Apply

Admission in Excellence Academy is open to all who fulfill and qualify the admission criteria.

At Excellence Academy, we strive to provide a nurturing and empowering environment for your child’s educational journey. Our admission process is designed to be transparent, inclusive, and straightforward, ensuring a smooth transition for both students and their families.

I. There is no written test or interview for Nursery and LKG classes. We have an informal introduction with the child and the parents.
II. The age for admission to different classes (on 31 March) is mentioned
below.-
Nursery         3 Yrs          +-       6 Months
LKG               4 Yrs           +-       6 Months
UKG               5 Yrs          +-        6 Months
1                     6 Yrs         +-        6 Months
and so on……

 

Proof of age has to be provided in the form of a birth certificate (Nursery to LKG) or transfer certificate (UKG to IX and XI).   

III. Admission test will be conducted by the school on the dates to be notified by the Principal.

A written test in Maths, Science and English Grammar of the previous class is compulsory to test child’s level of knowledge for a particular class for which admission is desired.
II. Parents/guardians are required to submit the following documents at the time of admission:-.
a) Three stamp-sized photographs.
b) Original copy of birth certificate/Original copy of counter signed transfer certificate.
c) Photocopy of the marksheet of the previous qualifying examination.

For admission form you need to visit the school and purchase the form from the admission counter

Things To Know First

Admission will be cancelled if T.C. in not submitted within a weak of adminssion

Parent Need To Submit :

  • Three passport size photographs.
  • Original copy of birth certificate/Original copy of counter signed transfer certificate
  • Photocopy of the marksheet of the previous qualifying examination

When To Apply?

Admission of new students to classes I to IX in the school shall be made during the last week of March or 1st week of April.
Parents/ Guardian will submit the application for registration for classes I to IX on the prescribed form available in the office latest by 25th March.
